Cosmetic surgery and Aesthetic medicine, for most people, is a big step. For some, it’s a journey from feeling unhappy with a physical feature; through to eventually undergoing a procedure to improve how you feel.
As a former nurse, an experienced Clinic Manager and an Independent nurse consultant based in Surrey, I know that some patients may have concerns, reservations and questions. I also know that time spent listening and talking to patients is invaluable, as it is this that empowers them to be confident in their decision and delighted with the results.
Cosmetic surgery, however minor, is still a medical procedure. And it’s completely normal and understandable to feel nervous. From the moment the possibility of a cosmetic procedure enters your mind; I’m here to talk. To answer questions, offer reassurance and fully explain every aspect of the process.
If you’ve made a decision to go ahead, I’ll be at your side on the day. Patients find me a supportive and calming companion; able to ensure their experience is an efficient and positive one.
My background in managing Clinics and Theatres including a prestigious Hair Transplant Clinic, combined with detailed knowledge of regulations and legislation in the Private Medical Sector, truly add value and expertise to this exciting area of medical cosmetics.
But as much as I have immersed myself in the operational side of successfully running Cosmetic Surgery Clinics; it’s the patients that have always been at the heart of what I do.
My blog page is here to bring insights, information and integrity to people who are somewhere along the journey of making a decision around cosmetic surgery. I will dispel myths, provide updates on new services, look at cosmetic innovations and products and address common questions and concerns. Just sign up to my mailing list for a free monthly newsletter with all my latest blogs.
I will explore medical themes, genetic trends, the fears and perceptions of cosmetic surgery. I want to dig deep into subjects that affect us all such as self-esteem, self-confidence, body image and happiness.
I am driven by my passion for quality clinical standards and quality patient care. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing patients happy with the process, delighted with how they look and feel and over the moon with their decision.
If I can help you in any way along this journey; please don’t hesitate to get in touch for a friendly, no-obligation chat.
